Delivery.

The majority of the trees supplied are as bare root trees and as such can only be delivered when the trees are dormant. This means that the trees are typically delivered between November and March, depending on the weather, growing or lifting conditions. As a result, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery schedule in the plants best interests.

General Carriage policy.

All orders are subject to a carriage charge for each consignment.

Orders may be collected by prior arrangement and will not be subject to a carriage charge.

Orders are typically delivered by our own transport but may be delivered via a third party.

Where prices indicate including p &p this is for mainland UK only with the exception of certain remote postcodes

  • IF YOU RESIDE IN ANY OF THESE SCOTISH HIGHLAND POST CODES THERE WILL BE SURCHARGE ON TOP ON DELIVERY CHARGES QUOTED: POSTCODES: HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH30-44, PH49-50 & ZE.
  • IF YOU RESIDE IN ANY OF THESE- NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN AND ISLES OF SCILLY THERE WILL BE SURCHARGE ON TOP ON POSTAL CHARGES QUOTED: POSTCODES: BT, IM & TR21-25.
  • IF YOU ARE FROM ANY OF THESE POSTCODES, THESE SURCHARGES ARE APPLICABLE AND ORDERS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ONCE THE SURCHARGE IS RECEIVED, CONTACT US TO PAY THIS CHARGE AND WE WILL SEND YOU INVOICE FOR THE SAME.

Returns and cancellation policy.

We believe that all goods are supplied in good conditions and of reliable quality. We will not be responsible for the health and welfare of plants and seeds after acceptance of delivery nor will we be responsible for the replacement of any seed or plant which fails to grow due to unsuitable soil conditions, adverse weather, damage, neglect or any other cause beyond our control.

In the event of any error of ours in making up a consignment, please notify us immediately and confirm in writing within 7 days, when the matter will be put right either by a further despatch or by a refund of your payment. If you have any query or complaint about goods, let us know promptly, for we cannot be responsible for failures occurring weeks or months later, by which time so many circumstances beyond our control or knowledge are likely to have had a bearing on the matter.

You are able to cancel your order within 7 days, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, however if the goods have been dispatched you must return the goods undamaged, unopened in their original packaging, at your own expense,to obtain a refund.

If an order is cancelled before we despatch it, then a full refund will be made. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been despatched.
